Our speciality is the Bella di Cerignola olive, better known simply as the Cerignola. It is a very large, bright green olive, mild in flavour, and with a rich juicy body. A perfect appetiser on its own, as an "amuse bouche" or antipasto ... or if you like your dry martini shaken or even stirred, a single Cerignola will grace the coolest of cocktails.
